View Analytics Per User Spend

View analytics per user spend in daily and monthly increments.

View Analytics of User Spend Per Day

1. From the View usage by: setting, select the User button.

2. View the Spend Per Day bar chart. This chart displays each user’s daily spend in the Workspace.

   • The X-axis displays the total spend of all Workspace users by day.

   • The Y-axis displays dates for the month.

3. Mouse-hover over a bar to display analytics for that user’s spend that day:

   • Date for that user’s spend.

   • User name of the user.

User Usage

View Analytics of User Spend Per Month

1. From the View usage by: setting, select the User button.

2. View the Monthly Spend Breakdown donut chart. This chart displays each user’s monthly spend in the Workspace proportionally and the percentage of the total monthly budget spent currently that month.

3. Select the Previous and Next buttons to display the spend for the previous month or the next, respectively.

4. Mouse-hover over a segment of the donut chart to display spend for that user that month.

View Metrics for All Workspace User Spend

1. From the View usage by: setting, select the User button.

2. View the View by User table. This table displays for each user for the selected pay period:

   • User Name: Name of each user.

   • Messages: Number of messages each user has spent.

   • Spend: Spend that month for each user.

3. Select the View Details button for a user to view:

   • Usage per App: Name of each app that user used.

   • Messages: Number of messages that user sent each app.

   • Spend: Spend per app for that user.
