From the User Inputs setting, select which User Inputs to display. One User Input Block may use multiple User Inputs to collect multiple data in a specific order.
Select the + icon at the bottom of the User Inputs setting.
From the Choose User Input Prompts to add: pop-up, select the User Inputs in the order to display them to the app user. Add multiple consecutive User Inputs by pressing the Shift key on your keyboard.
If necessary:
Select the arrow beside a User Input to open it from the User Input folder in the Explorer tab.
Select the Create New button to create a new User Input. The new User Input is automatically added to the User Input Block and saved to the User Input folder.
Select the Add button.
Select the User Input to be removed.
Select the - icon at the bottom of the User Inputs setting.
Note that removing a User Input does not delete it from the User Inputs folder in the Explorer tab.
By default, added User Inputs are required.
Select the drop-down menu labeled Required beside an added User Input.
Select the Optional setting.
If necessary, select the arrow beside a User Input to open it from the User Input folder in the Explorer tab.

Select a User Input to sort in a different order in the User Input Block.
Drag the User Input up or down in the User Inputs setting. A line indicates where to place the User Input between other User Inputs.
